The ecosystem conservation cooperation fund is a levy-type system that imposes and collects costs as much as damage to the natural ecosystem from developers, and in order for this system to operate effectively, it is necessary to consider the multifunctional aspects of damaged resources. Therefore, this study was most significant in verifying the improvement plan by considering the multifunctional aspects of landscape resources, improving the calculation method of the ecosystem conservation cooperation fund, and applying it to the research target site. As a result of a comparative analysis of the imposition and damage area between the existing and improved calculation methods, 8.16 times the existing plan was imposed, 6,074m² was improved in terms of species and biotope conservation, micro-angle, and 10,989m² in terms of recreation and natural experience. The results of this study are important in deriving the practical value of natural environment and landscape resources and improving the ecosystem conservation cooperation fund that accepts the multifunctional value of landscape resources, and are expected to serve as the basis for efficient preservation and management of national landscape resources.
